DMCA & Copyright Policy

ShareNova respects intellectual property rights and expects all users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and similar laws globally, we respond to valid notices of copyright infringement.

Report Infringing Content

If you believe that content on ShareNova infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to dmca@sharenova.io with all of the following:

  1. Your full name and contact information (email, address, phone)
  2. A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
  3. The specific URL(s) on ShareNova where the infringing content appears
  4. A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
  5. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf
  6. Your electronic or physical signature

What Happens After a Valid Notice

  1. We will review your notice within 2 business days
  2. If valid, we will remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content
  3. We will notify the uploader (Seller) of the removal
  4. The Seller may submit a counter-notice if they believe the removal was in error
  5. Repeat infringers will have their accounts terminated

Counter-Notice

If your content was removed and you believe this was a mistake, you may send a counter-notice to dmca@sharenova.io containing:

  1. Your contact information
  2. Identification of the removed content and its URL before removal
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the content was removed by mistake or misidentification
  4. Your consent to jurisdiction and your signature

Abuse

Filing false DMCA notices may expose you to legal liability. We will terminate accounts that file repeated false notices.
