1. Acceptance

By accessing or using ShareNova.io ("the Platform"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. The Platform

ShareNova is a marketplace that allows creators ("Sellers") to sell digital products and allows users ("Buyers") to purchase and download those products. We also provide an encrypted peer-to-peer file transfer service that does not require an account.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Platform. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Seller Obligations

• You must own or have the right to sell all content you list.
• You may not sell content that is prohibited under our content policy (Section 7) or that violates the rights of others.
• Products are subject to review before going live. We may reject or remove any product at our sole discretion.
• You are solely responsible for the accuracy of your product descriptions.

5. Fees and Payouts

ShareNova charges a platform fee on each sale (currently 7.5% of the sale price, subject to change with notice). Payment processing fees (e.g. PayPal) are additional. Payouts are processed manually upon request, subject to a minimum threshold, and require a verified PayPal account.

6. Refund Policy

Because digital products are immediately downloadable, all sales are generally final. Refunds may be issued at our discretion in cases of technical failure preventing download, or if a product materially misrepresents its contents. Buyers who abuse the refund process may have their accounts restricted. See our full Refund Policy.

7. Prohibited Content

ShareNova maintains its own standards for acceptable content. These standards are not based on the laws of any single country — what is permitted in one place may be prohibited in another. Instead, ShareNova reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to refuse, reject, or remove any content or account it considers harmful, unethical, or inconsistent with the values of the Platform, regardless of that content's legal status anywhere.

Prohibited content includes, but is not limited to:

• Content that harms others
• Malware, viruses, or any harmful software
• Content that infringes on the rights or work of others
• Adult, sexually explicit, or obscene content
• Fraudulent, deceptive, or counterfeit material
• Content involving interest-based dealings (riba), gambling, or intoxicants
• Any content ShareNova determines to be inappropriate or contrary to its values

ShareNova's judgment on what is acceptable is final and does not require justification by reference to any law.

8. File Transfer Service

ShareNova's file transfer service is end-to-end encrypted. Files are encrypted on the sender's device and can only be decrypted by the recipient using a PIN that ShareNova never receives. ShareNova cannot access, view, scan, or moderate the contents of transferred files, and does not store them beyond the limited time needed for delivery.

Because of this design, the sender is solely and fully responsible for the content and legality of any file they transfer. ShareNova acts only as a technical, automated conduit for encrypted data and bears no responsibility for transferred content. By using the transfer service, you accept full responsibility for what you send and confirm you have the right to send it.

9. User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your own use of the Platform complies with the laws that apply to you. ShareNova is not responsible for content uploaded, sold, or transferred by users, and assumes no liability for any unlawful or prohibited material that users may publish through the Platform.

10. DMCA / Copyright

We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe content on ShareNova infringes your copyright, please submit a notice via our DMCA page. We will investigate and take appropriate action, including removing infringing content and terminating repeat infringers.

11. Intellectual Property

ShareNova and its logo are trademarks of ShareNova. Sellers retain all rights to their uploaded content. By listing on ShareNova, Sellers grant us a limited license to display, preview, and distribute their content to buyers.

12. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or suitability of any product listed by Sellers. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Platform, to the maximum extent permitted.

13. Limitation of Liability

ShareNova's total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the fees you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, with or without notice. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings.

15. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or a notice on the Platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
