When a refund is issued for a product, the corresponding seller payout is reversed. Sellers are not held responsible for legitimate technical failures on our platform, but may be held responsible for products that materially misrepresent their contents.

Chargebacks

If you file a chargeback with your bank or PayPal without first contacting us, your account may be immediately suspended pending investigation. We encourage you to contact us first — we are committed to resolving issues fairly.
