Refund Policy

General Rule: All Sales Are Final
Because digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be "returned" like physical goods, all purchases on ShareNova are generally non-refundable.
When We Will Issue a Refund
We will issue a full refund in the following situations:
- Technical failure: You purchased a product but are unable to download it due to a platform error, and we cannot resolve the issue within 48 hours.
- Significant mismatch: The product you received is materially different from what was described (e.g., a "100-page guide" that is 3 pages, or a software license key that doesn't work and the seller cannot provide a working one).
- Duplicate charge: You were charged twice for the same product.
When We Will Not Issue a Refund
- You changed your mind after downloading
- You found a cheaper alternative elsewhere
- You did not read the product description carefully
- Minor differences in quality that don't constitute a material mismatch
- Compatibility issues that were clearly stated or reasonably foreseeable
How to Request a Refund
Contact us at support@sharenova.io within 14 days of your purchase with:
- Your order ID (found in your Library)
- The reason for your refund request
- Evidence of the issue (screenshots, error messages, etc.)
We aim to respond within 2 business days.
Refund Abuse
We monitor refund patterns. Accounts with repeated refund requests after downloading content may be restricted or permanently banned from the Platform. This protects our Sellers from fraud.
Seller Payouts and Refunds
When a refund is issued for a product, the corresponding seller payout is reversed. Sellers are not held responsible for legitimate technical failures on our platform, but may be held responsible for products that materially misrepresent their contents.
Chargebacks
If you file a chargeback with your bank or PayPal without first contacting us, your account may be immediately suspended pending investigation. We encourage you to contact us first — we are committed to resolving issues fairly.
